As this demo was compiled on the same day as the PSX version there is little difference between the two.
One difference is the absence of the inventory background despite the texture's presence in the level's file. It merely displays blackness in this PC demo.

The earliest version of Tomb Raider II's The Great Wall demo on PSX, of which a less common PC version was also released on this date.

The most notable difference in this version is the inventory background which uses a different texture. It resembles the red background seen on Tomb Raider II's box artwork used in the USA.
At the level's beginning, the camera angle is different as Lara slides into the clearing. Following this, the camera directs Lara's attention skyward but there is no helicopter.
Inside the depths of the second guardhouse, darts from the previous game are employed instead of the wall-mounted disk shooters. Darts do not appear anywhere in the final version.
The level ends following Lara's escape from the first pair of sliding spiked walls.

The most common version of Tomb Raider II's The Great Wall demo on PC.
Being compiled so close to the release date there are very few differences.
The inventory background uses the final texture but would appear a touch brighter than in the retail version. Also within the inventory, the tables are without any inner transparent areas.

Below is a screenshot of the inventory seen in this beta demo.
