SuperFrancyBros released a mod that fixes the messy Lara voice tracks in the Italian version of Tomb Raider III Lara's Home.

To install:
Copy / paste the file inside the archive to your TR3 Folder (usually it's: C:\Program files (x86)\Core Design\Tomb Raider III).
It could be a good idea to back up your original file first.
