Paying attention to Semerkhet's eyes and nose, he has clearly been created using the same model as Lara's traitorous guide, Ahmed.
Tomb Raider II's male model once again sees action as Von Croy's henchmen which attempt to prevent Lara's escape in the stolen jeep. From their eyebrows it would appear they have retained the facial characteristics of Marco Bartoli.
The wolf seen in Tomb Raider III's "Sailors" FMV sequence is re-used as a jackal, appearing first as a fiery silhouette as Semerkhet describes his temple and later, on both occasions when Set influences Von Croy.
En route to Cairo, Von Croy's convoy includes two trucks which have been lifted from Tomb Raider II's "Jeep" FMV which was then used as Marco Bartoli's transport. In TR4, the Fiamma Nera logo can faintly be glimpsed behind Von Croy's
Buick Roadmaster.
Seconds later, an RX-Tech helicopter from Tomb Raider III can be seen in flight and as a burning heap of wreckage as Lara arrives in Cairo.
A modified giant rat from the first Tomb Raider appears as an animating object in City of the Dead.
Underneath the tattered garb of the templar knights' armour within the Citadel, textures from Tomb Raider's Atlantean mutants have been recycled for the knights' bodies.
TOMB RAIDER (GAME BOY COLOR)
On the European cover art, the skeletons' swords are the very same ones wielded by Emperor Qin Shi Huang's warriors in Tomb Raider II's introduction FMV. The skeletons' helmets are also the same as the one worn by the Emperor's general.
In the US cover art, a re-coloured crocodile from Tomb Raider III's introduction FMV attacks Lara as she swings through the South American jungle.
In the first cutscene, Professor Igor Bowmane bears a striking resemblance to Lara's mentor Von Croy. To create Bowmane, only Werner's fedora and glasses have been removed.
The model of Bowmane's associate Illiat has also seen previous action as Semerkhet and Ahmed.
Again from Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, the god Set's model has been re-dressed to create a statue in the temple.
TOMB RAIDER: CHRONICLES
Lara's mother, albeit unclearly, may use the model of Natla from the first Tomb Raider. If true it would be consistent with the in-game model of Lara's mother which was created from Natla's in-game cutscene model.
Rather obviously, Jean-Yves' model has been re-dressed to create Charles Kane due to Jean's removal late in development.
