You can let Sony know what PS2 games you'd like to see coming on PS4 by submitting your opinion via #PS2PS4. Dave Thach from Sony got the ball rolling on this campaign, and he will be monitoring most of the suggestions. The PS2 catalog contains a wide variety of games and this would be the perfect occasion to replay or rediscover some of your favorite PS2 games on Sony's latest console.
