On SegaXtreme forums a user named ROS created a mod for the Saturn version of Tomb Raider (you can download it from here).
The available modded levels are Lost Valley and Lara's Home.
YouTube user retro dad and modern lad made some very informative videos showing all the differences from this amazing modded version compared to the original (don't forget to read the video descriptions too):
